Since we don&#8217;t have Boxing Day in the United States I set out to find out the origin of Boxing Day.</p>
<p>What I found through my research is that people celebrating Boxing Day really don&#8217;t either. Some say it is a day to box up the Christmas Decorations and put away the gifts, some see it as our &#8220;Black Friday&#8221; and others the day where the rich should give to the poor. This American sounds like a good idea to extend the Christmas holidays and recover from all the hullabo. What do you think?</p>
